What did we do?

Debrunner Koenig, part of the international Kloeckner Group, aimed to connect three online shops and a platform in Switzerland via a unified Single Sign-On (SSO) – with a concept that could also be adapted internationally at the group level. The result was a scalable SSO concept that meets international requirements and provides a clear decision-making basis for the next implementation steps.

Our contributions to the project:

Analysis of the existing system landscape – assessing different CRM and ERP systems as well as existing login processes
Interviews with relevant stakeholders – involving business, IT, security, legal, and corporate architecture
Documentation of the current processes – providing a transparent basis for harmonization
Design of a centralized target process – including definition of the necessary system adjustments
Alignment with corporate IT – ensuring international requirements and technical adaptability
