What did we do?

A comprehensive concept for a real-time alert dashboard was developed for a Meteomatics client. The process included strategic requirements analysis, user interviews, and technical prototyping. The goal was to visualize severe weather alerts and their specific impact on critical infrastructure in order to enable effective protective measures.

Strategic Foundation: Definition of the overarching strategic goals that the dashboard must fulfill to ensure maximum benefit for all stakeholders
Definition of Critical Events: In-depth user interviews with key stakeholders from public administration, disaster management, and critical infrastructure operators to identify practical needs and precise requirements
