In September 2024, Nicole Kerber and Michael Pertek from diselva took on the challenging and exciting task, together with the new Vice-Rector Prof. Dr. Armando Schär and the Director of Studies Digital Business Management, Prof. Michael Forster, first-semester students of the Digital Business Management program at the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons and introduce them to the future-oriented topic of “State of Digital Business”. This teaching assignment offers diselva the opportunity to prepare and inspire the next generation of digital leaders for the requirements and possibilities of the digital world at an early stage.

The focus of our teaching activities is to provide a sound understanding of the fundamentals and drivers of digital business as well as to show the effects of digitization on companies and society. The event combines theoretical content with practical insights and an intensive exchange with experienced experts from the field. This not only gives students sound theoretical knowledge, but also a realistic insight into the working methods and requirements of the digital industry and places it in the context of the existing digital and analogue world.
We at diselva are looking forward to shaping and strengthening the digital competence of the next generation together with the students and the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons, as well as promoting a practical understanding of the many facets of digital business.
