With flawa iQ AG, diselva has gained another new customer. diselva supports flawa iQ on its transformation from a manufacturing SME to an innovative start-up for IoT solutions.
flawa iQ is the provider of the world’s first digital emergency kit and won the smart IoT Award of the University of St. Gallen in 2021 for this product. The modular design of the case makes it possible to quickly find and use the right and required materials in the case. Removed material is automatically reordered from the case, so that replacements are available again without further ordering. The case thus guarantees completeness and readiness for use at all times.

Now that flawa iQ has already established itself very successfully on the market, the next step is now pending. The business is to be scaled or expanded nationally and internationally. At the heart of this strategic goal is a new portal for the sales and after-sales area as well as the management of the suitcases.
diselva’s support started at the end of 2023 with dedicated consulting services around the planned portal. diselva recorded requirements and structured them, developed the technical architecture and evaluated the suitable software for implementation in a proof of concept. The implementation phase of the portal finally started a month ago. In doing so, diselva consistently relies on a scalable and future-proof MACH architecture.
