Diselva wants to grow

Almost exactly one year ago we founded diselva and we look back on the first year (and the first birthday party) with some pride. On the way to the second diselva year, changes have already been and will soon be made that deviate somewhat from the typical life cycle of a newly founded company. In November 2023 we hired Petra as our first employee (diselva became an employer this way) and in May 2024 we will move to a very cool office (details will follow at a later date).

Fortunately, this has also changed compared to January 2023: We are starting the second year with a very solid pipeline (a year ago it was completely empty). Obviously, we meet the corresponding needs of our customers with our range of services and our positioning. The nice thing about it is that we won’t be able to work through all our opportunities without additional support. That’s why we’re now taking the next step and have decided to advertise jobs to gain additional power and continue to serve our customers optimally.

We are looking for people who complement us and set out together with us to build a great agency. It is important to us that people share our values, help us advance in terms of content and take responsibility as technical leads on our customer projects. It is always important to get down to business and not to be too good for anything. This is the only way we will be able to grow together.
