With flawa iQ AG, diselva has gained another new customer. diselva is supporting flawa iQ on its transformation from a manufacturing SME to an innovative start-up for IoT solutions.

Flawa iQ is the provider of the world's first digital emergency kit and won the 2021 smart IoT Award from the University of St. Gallen for this product. The modular design of the case makes it possible to quickly find and use the correct and required materials in the case. Any material removed is automatically reordered by the case so that replacements are available again without the need to place another order. The case therefore guarantees completeness and operational readiness at all times.

Now that flawa iQ has already established itself very successfully on the market, the next step is imminent. The business is to be scaled and expanded nationally and internationally. At the centre of this strategic goal is a new portal for sales and after sales as well as case management.

Diselva's support began at the end of 2023 with dedicated consulting services for the planned portal. diselva recorded and structured the requirements, developed the technical architecture and evaluated the appropriate software for implementation in a proof of concept. The implementation phase of the portal finally began a month ago. In doing so, diselva consistently favoured a scalable and future-proof MACH architecture.
