From newcomer to consulting boutique

We admit it: We did cheer a bit. Maybe even clapped softly.

diselva has made it into the SWISS DIGITAL RANKING 2025!

A good two years young, founded in 2023, with a lot of tailwind, a lot of energy (and a few night shifts), we landed directly in the top 35 IT consulting companies in Switzerland – no reason for champagne yet, but at least it was enough for an honest beer and an espresso at the START Global Campus .

Fast-paced, robust, reflective

What has happened at diselva since it was founded? A lot. A good deal.

We have grown – in turnover, in projects, in people, in experience. Not only quantitatively: above all qualitatively and strategically, a lot has moved and really fast – a roller coaster ride.

We have outgrown our nostalgic Namics roots with a focus on UX and standard software and have developed our own identity and current range of services – without losing our attitude and values.

In the meantime, diselva is the first port of call for companies looking for experts who have an excellent understanding of the technical part of digital transformation and at the same time penetrate the business (processes and organization) behind it. Our strength lies in understanding which strategic aspects are relevant in order to consistently implement them in the direction of operationalization in targeted solutions. In doing so, we act on three levels, as the following example of technology illustrates:

Strategic – Enterprise Architecture
Tactical – Solution Architecture, Assessments and Evaluations
Operational support in implementation with experienced experts in architecture, consulting and project management

Advice with attitude (and humour)

Sounds good? We think so too. Although the path has been marked not only by successes but also by market challenges, and because we have mastered both with flying colors, we are looking forward to what is to come with confidence and anticipation:

Architectures, data, artificial intelligence, organizational changes, ESG issues are just as much on our agenda as the question: “When will our website finally become as good as our consulting approach?” (Spoiler: soon.)

Experience

We are still a long way from reaching our goal and that is a good thing. Because for us, it is still a matter of learning, growing, taking responsibility and thus inspiring new customers and favorite brands for diselva.
