On January 3rd 2025, shortly before our second birthday, we welcomed two new employees: Markus and Lukas.
In Markus, we are gaining an experienced companion with around 25 years of experience as a techie and over 10 years as a software and solution architect. His outstanding profile strengthens our consulting expertise enormously. He is already the sixth Software, Solution, Enterprise Architect in our team. A team constellation that is the envy of many other companies in our industry. Over the past 20 years, Markus has worked on renowned large and international accounts as well as for small, highly specialised SMEs and has successfully completed software and architecture projects (from evaluations, reviews and consulting assignments to implementations) with these companies.
In addition to growth with such highly experienced experts, our strategy also requires the targeted promotion of young talent. With Lukas, our first employee straight from university and a representative of Generation Z, this is where we come in. Lukas impresses with his entrepreneurial spirit. While still at cantonal school, he founded a successful carpentry business, including a digital B2B business model. His studies at the HSG, his professional experience (including at KPMG) and his self-taught tech skills make him the ideal addition to our team.
We are very much looking forward to the combination of a lot of experience and valuable skills, tackling and rolling up our sleeves, curiosity and new perspectives, a top educational background, certified expertise and, above all, the joy of helping customers move forward that Lukas and Markus bring with them. The best prerequisites for getting off to a flying start with us.
With these new hires, we are consistently pursuing our strategic plan and further sharpening our profile as an IT consulting boutique. I will explain this plan to build such a boutique, what an experience pyramid looks like in this environment and how our clients benefit from it in a separate post at a later date.
