Everything Music and diselva
Gadget Entertainment AG is one of the most dynamic and leading agencies in the Swiss live experience culture. As a cross-brand quality label, Gadget organizes and promotes concerts and festivals featuring top national and international performers, playing a central role in the Swiss music and event landscape. With locations in Zurich and St. Gallen, Gadget covers a wide spectrum — from booking and artist management to implementing major events, such as the OpenAir St. Gallen Festival.
Impact
Consolidation of the fragmented filer and SharePoint landscape into a single, reliable digital hub.
Establish a company-wide task management process that eliminates duplication and unclear responsibilities.
Build a future-proof IT architecture that ensures compliance and serves as a foundation for further innovations such as CRM optimization.
What did we do?
- Actual analysis & target image development: During several workshops, we identified the main issues — from fragmented document storage to inefficient approval processes — and developed a shared, emotionally anchored vision for future collaboration.
- Governance & Security: We developed a detailed role and rights concept to clearly regulate access to sensitive data, such as contracts. Additionally, we defined an «AI Code of Conduct» to ensure the responsible use of artificial intelligence.
- Roadmap & Change Management: We created a detailed, phase-oriented roadmap for migration and implementation. A tailored training concept to ensure that all employees understand the new processes and that they are sustainably anchored in the company.
Why diselva?
Holistic perspective: We integrate technological aspects (tools and architecture), procedural aspects (workflows and governance), and human aspects (change management and training). We understand that tools alone do not bring about change.
Structured transformation: Our proven approach (analysis, target image, and operationalization) creates clarity, reduces complexity, and produces tangible results, step by step, from the broad-scale target to the detailed cost-benefit calculation.
Focus on people: We took the desire for more emotionality and a clear «why story» expressed in the workshop seriously and translated this desire into a comprehensive change and communication concept to ensure acceptance by all employees.
Key Takeaways
Fragmentation is the biggest efficiency killer: An unclear system landscape inevitably leads to unclear processes and frictional losses.
The foundation is a «single source of truth»: The first and most important step towards better collaboration is establishing a central, reliable place for all information.
Transformation requires more than technology: It requires a clear set of rules (governance) and active support for employees (change).
«To us, agility means continuously learning and courageously questioning old habits. The roadmap developed together with diselva provides us with the right tools and fosters the open and adaptable culture we need for the future.»
