What did we do?
Following the successful evaluation of a future-proof, scalable CMS and a high-performance implementation service provider (see here), the next step was to set up and support the implementation project so that the new website could go live on January 1, 2025, when the four St. Gallen hospital associations merged to form the newly created company HOCH Health Ostschweiz.
Due to a tight timeline and high technical complexity, diselva was brought in to strengthen the core team’s project leadership, providing guidance and support through solution architecture and product owner consulting.
