XXL Evaluation – A WTO Tender to Select a Future-Proof CMS and a High-Performance Service Provider
On January 1 2025, the Canton of St.Gallen merged its four existing hospital networks to from a single entity: HOCH Health Ostschweiz. Consequently, the existing websites had to be adapted to reflect the new organizational structure and consolidated into a unified online presence. The foundation of this new web presence would be a future-proof, scalable CMS. Additionally, a capable partner was sought to implement the new website. Due to the project’s scope, a public WTO tender was required, which was fully prepared and conducted by diselva.
