In my more than 20 years of professional experience, I have had the opportunity to get to know many different facets of working with people, both internally and as a consultant. National and international projects in the digital environment, combined with process changes, organizational adaptations and transformations have given me the opportunity to gain experience in different industries and corporate constellations. I often stepped into the role of bridge builder between business and IT. It excites me to develop and implement solutions together with the customer - both conventional and unconventional - and to break new ground together.

I find the space to breathe and think through challenges and solutions in nature - whether on a mountain, in the forest or at a lake. This playful lightness is always a source of new ideas and inspiration.
