The goal of the collaboration is to build a modern digital foundation for the entire “S\u00e4ntis \u2013 der Berg<\/strong>” destination, shaping the guest experience across all areas \u2014 from the cable car to the hotel \u2014 in a forward-looking way.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u00e4ntis-Schwebebahn AG, with its hotel, several restaurant operations, shops, and mountain railway, is one of the most attractive and versatile tourism companies in eastern Switzerland. To increase efficiency and modernize the customer experience, Diselva is now supporting the restructuring of previously siloed data within the historically grown IT infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Central Ecosystem for the Guest<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As transformation partner, Diselva acts not merely as an IT service provider, but as the architect of a holistic digital strategy.
