After pondering the eternal tug-of-war between stability and innovation in my last posts You build it, you run it in the Alps: DevOps and agile development at the Weisse Arena Group<\/a> <\/span>about the leap from the agency world to the in-house environment and stability vs. innovation: DevOps and the challenges<\/a>, I am now at diselva<\/a> and it feels good \u2013 like coming home and at the same time like the start of something new.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Coming home? Yes, somehow<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I have known many faces at diselva<\/span> for a long time, from our time together at Namics\/Merkle. I learned a lot from them and it’s great to be working with these experienced professionals<\/span> who know their craft again. There is a good basic understanding that makes it easier to get started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does diselva do?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We are a consulting company<\/span> that combines comprehensive business understanding with deep technology know-how<\/span>. Everyone in our team has advised and accompanied companies from a wide variety of industries in a large number of projects<\/a> \u2013 that’s what makes our experience<\/span> so special. It is important to us that we take a technology-agnostic<\/span> approach, which means that we look for the right solution for the customer and his challenges and not for a specific product. Complexity<\/span> does not scare us, we also tackle tricky tasks. This also includes supporting customers with agile methods or in key roles<\/span> in order to successfully implement projects in the digital transformation<\/span> .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Compact and pragmatic<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The advantage of a compact team<\/a>? Experience is tangible<\/span>, the distances are short. No long back and forth, but direct exchange<\/span>. We are pragmatic<\/span>, solution-oriented<\/span> and help each other. This works well and makes the work exciting and enjoyable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And I?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I’m happy to be back in my element. I like not only to make concepts<\/span> , but also to lend a hand myself<\/span> and build technical solutions<\/span> . Here I can apply my experience and knowledge from further training and work on smart solutions for customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking ahead<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I am looking forward to continuing to learn from the experienced colleagues \u2013 the exchange<\/span> here is valuable. I am also looking forward to passing on my experience<\/span> and supporting customers in their digital transformation: whether in business models, product management, design or technical implementation and evaluation. There is a lot to do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
