It has already been written about in some posts or it has been discussed in conversations. Mostly only between the lines, but now it’s reality: We have moved and have had a new office at Unterstrasse 6 in St. Gallen since 1 June.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

\"Diselva<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

But first things first. In the first phase of the founding of diselva (after the diselva big bang, so to speak) we spent a lot of time in the <\/span>flower market<\/a> in the middle of the city (not least for historical-emotional reasons, we are still there once a week). Even then, it was important to us that we could spend time together and meet in one place. As is well known, this physical proximity not only helps in the project context, it also helped us to deal with the uncertainty in the start-up phase (shared uncertainty is half uncertainty and so on…).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We quickly left this early phase of diselva. With our entry into the diselva Paleozoic, we were fortunately allowed to move to Wassergasse 18 as a subtenant of the Lerchenfeld housing cooperative<\/a> and use the office space of the WBGL three days a week. This has enabled us to move into our first office (at least partially) without raising funds that we would not have had or wanted to spend as a newly founded company. Thanks to the hospitality of the WBGL, however, we had optimal conditions for the development of diselva very early on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the course of the first projects we have won, our successful development as diselva and the associated future planning, we started thinking about our first “real” own office for the first time in the summer of last year. Just at that time, our network of former Namics struck in the best way. We got wind of plans that START Global<\/a> wants to expand the Martaheim at Unterstrasse 6 as its own campus and is looking for one or two tenants for this building. Once we understood the concept idea and visited the construction site, it was clear to us that we wanted to be part of it. By then at the latest, it was also clear that we would leave our first office on Wassergasse soon and with a laughing and crying eye.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We were finally able to do this shortly before June 1st (aka the starting signal from the diselva Mesozoic). We could hardly wait for the last few months and longed for the move. With every hour we invested in the planning and implementation of the new office, the impatience and anticipation grew. As we now know, it was worth waiting for this opportunity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So we can now be part of the very inspiring START Global community . Our own office on the second floor is not only super stylish and functional, but also embedded in a house that is well thought out from A to Z (Modern Workplace is just the first name). We have found the perfect place here to develop and grow as a company. We already feel at home here and in the right place, which we have already celebrated with the opening of our office<\/a> (no good party without police action, details only on personal request).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you’ve read carefully up to this point (thanks for that!), you’ll notice that the disleva story is (hopefully) far from over. After all, the entire diselva Cenozoic era (according to Wikipedia, it takes a remarkable 66 million years) is still ahead of us. We are looking forward to many encounters and people who will accompany us on our further path. JFYI: for a coffee or a beer you are always welcome at Unterstrasse 6!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
