diselva wants to grow

We founded diselva almost exactly one year ago and we look back on the first year (and the first birthday party) with some pride. As we move into diselva's second year, we have already seen and will soon see changes that deviate somewhat from the typical life cycle of a newly founded company. In November 2023, we hired our first employee, Petra (diselva became an employer), and in May 2024 we will move to a very cool office (details will follow at a later date).

Fortunately, this has also changed compared to January 2023: We are starting the second year with a very solid pipeline (a year ago it was completely empty). Our range of services and our positioning are obviously meeting the needs of our customers. The great thing is that we will not be able to work through all of our opportunities without additional support. That is why we are now taking the next step and have decided to advertise vacancies in order to gain additional power and continue to serve our customers in the best possible way.

We are looking for people who complement us and join us on our journey to build a great agency. It is important to us that people share our values, help us to develop our content and take on responsibility as professional leads on our customer projects. In doing so, it is always important to get stuck in and not be too shy to do anything. This is the only way we can grow together.
