Welcome, Petra!

from Jan Keller at

diselva has been around since February 2023 and we will soon be 9 months old. We (and Poldi in particular - congratulations again!) can confirm that a lot can happen in 9 months. Michael Pertek has already reported on some of them (Part 1 & Part 2). We have already passed some important (and some less important) milestones:

  • First customer won 🙌
  • First pitch lost 😱
  • First salary paid out 💵
  • First OFFA, OpenAir and OLMA holidays (yes, we have them - the three O's must be duly celebrated!) 🍻
  • First rental contract signed 🏢
  • First USP and ICP sharpening behind us 🎯
  • Etc.

Now, however, we have reached another milestone in the company's young history, one that changes everything for the first time. Since the 1st of November, it is no longer just partners who are part of diselva. We welcomed our first diselva employee, Petra, and we are very happy about it!

Petra is a very valued companion from our professional past. We know each other well and have worked together on a number of projects for different clients. We are all the more proud that Petra has chosen diselva as her new employer.

Petra's skills complement us perfectly. We have been able to gain a proven frontend expert and thus close a gap. With Petra's front-end skills, we can serve our customers even more comprehensively and fulfil the trend that customer journeys and user experience are becoming increasingly important and expected by customers in the B2B environment.

Large international and financially managed companies would proudly announce that they had an "organic growth rate" of a fantastic 10% in 2023. However, we are guided by emotions in this regard and are simply delighted that the development of diselva is progressing and that we can welcome our first employee, Petra. Of course, we also have respect for taking on the responsibility of a good employer. That's why we discussed this step intensively and thought very carefully about whether we wanted to take it. We are convinced that now is the right time and that we can offer Petra and then hopefully other employees an environment in which we all feel comfortable.

The cornerstone for healthy growth on a solid foundation has been laid. Building on this, we will hopefully soon be able to take the next steps.

Welcome, Petra! We wish you a great start!
