It's been a while since we welcomed Petra. Not only has half a year passed since November, but a lot has happened with us (dynamic is just our first name 😉). Thanks to many great customers (and already some references), diselva is developing splendidly and we are in a position to continue to grow and invest in the form of two hires that will enable us to do even better work for our customers.
We are very happy that we have managed to inspire and win over two absolute digital top cracks for diselva. With Celia Fässler and Bernd Jansen, two people are joining us who will not only complement our technical consulting expertise, but also take it to a new level and stand for the success of future customer projects.
Celia brings a wealth of experience to diselva. After being responsible for eCommerce activities and the shop on the customer side at nettoshop.ch, she has already worked for three years as a Senior Consultant at Namics with many future diselva colleagues, focussing on requirements engineering, conception and the creation of functional and technical specifications. She will take on this role again at diselva - after her detour to the Kunstgiesserei St. Gallen. We at diselva are delighted that Celia has found her way back into the digital sector - and our customers even more so.
Bernd is a real institution in the digital industry. Over 30 years of success and experience speak for themselves. With Bernd, we were able to win the tech top shot (or as the Leader reports: the tech mastermind) of Retail Capital Partners for diselva. Thanks to his skills, we have broadened our base in technical consulting and will also be playing in the Champions League of enterprise architecture in the future and thus in all relevant topics relating to the digital transformation of sales. Before joining RCP, Bernd worked as a partner and solution architect at Namics and Merkle, which is why he fits directly into our well-established team without any lead time and will play a key role in our projects.
With this reinforcement, we can continue on our consistent path and meet the ever-increasing demands of the market and our customers for high-quality digital solutions and excellent consulting expertise. We are also very proud that two more people are joining us who not only share our values, but who - together with us - will shape diselva and lead it into a great future.
